Stroller Barre

Stroller Barre is a 60-minute workout that will get your body moving and feeling that fire and shake you know and love while focusing on core engagement and strength to help your posture, balance, and stability for all that #momlife throws at you

Group Fitness for Moms

Stroller Strides®

Stroller Strides is a 60-minute, total-body workout that incorporates cardio, strength, and core training, all while engaging and entertaining the little ones in a stroller!

Run Club +

Run Club+ is our 8-week training program that empowers you to improve your running, even with a stroller, so you can cross that finish line mama! Get the one-on-one accountability from a training coach, and the support from a weekly group run with other mamas. Winter session starts January 5 for Cowtown Race on February 22nd.
